Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel order before it gets delivered for a full refund and shipping fee refund. This is applicable only for pre-paid orders.

Order may get cancelled from our side, if- (i) customer is unable to get order even after delivery attempt or (ii)the delivery address is incorrect or (iii) we are out of stock of any one of the product in the order or (iv) it is out of the scope of delivery for us or (v) any circumstance arose out of exceptional events. In such cases full refund and shipping fee refund will be given to customers for pre-paid orders.

Return and refund after receiving the product will be entertained if – (i) packaging received is already damaged, so that it exposes the food item to external environment or (ii) expired product is delivered or (iii) wrong product is delivered or (iv) incorrect quantity is delivered. All the return and refund request should be raised by customer within 12 hours of receiving the product. Customer can create a return or refund request by contacting us through email subhroshilfood@gmail.com . Once the return or refund request has been verified and accepted by us, we will take necessary action for the same. In case of refund, please be informed that, amount refunded will take cognizance of the discounts involved in the order.
